How well do your customers know you?
There’s an interesting article on the Duct Tape Marketing blog about keeping customers informed of your services and products. The article is centered on the fact that too often we aren’t very good at letting our customers know about everything we do. Since keeping current customers is much cheaper and easier than finding new ones this is an important reminder for any business.
